This dish was originally made by my mother a long time ago. It is amazing if cooked properly.
The previous day we had made masala dosa so the dosa's masala was there and that was used to stuff in it.

The recipe is as follows:-
Ingredients:-
- Capsicum
- Mozarella Cheese
- Aloo
- Salt
- Red Pepper
Procedure:-
- Mix aloo, salt and pepper and any other masala that you want according to your taste
- Cut the capsicum into 2 halves
- Stuff the aloo mixture into the capsicum
- Then put a layer of cheese on it and then put it in the microwave on 900 degrees for 10-15 mins and then take it out
- Serve it hot with chappatis
