This recipe was taken from a Pastry Chef when I was in Bandipur.

Ingredients for Sponge:-
- 1.5 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup water
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Method:-
- Beat The Sugar with water
- Add Vanilla Essence to it
- Finally add flour and baking powder
- Fold the mix
- Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 540 mins
Ingredients for Butter Cream:-
Method:-
- 1 Cup Icing Sugar
- 1.5 Cup Butter
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Strawberry Squash
- 200 ml Fresh Cream
Method:-
- Mix butter and Icing sugar till it becomes smooth
- Add fresh cream to it
- Now, add lemon juice and mix well
