A few days ago I made this new thing. My evening cook hadd come and my dad was at home for dinner today. He told the cook to think and make something new with paneer other than the usual paneer butter masala and the shahi paneer.
Suddenly my mind clicked with an old memory of a kebab covered with papad with potato fillings in it made by my parents a few years ago.
I thought that I will make a thing similar thing but with paneer fillings with pasta gravy.
The result was this delicious Paneer Papadia.
The recipe is as follows:-
Ingredients:-
For the gravy:-
. 2 tomatoes
. 1 onion
. Oregano
. Olive oil
. Salt
. Turmeric
Other ingredients:-
. Paneer
. Papad
. Oil (To Fry)
. Milk (To Soften Paneer)
Procedure:-
1. First take the paneer and dip it in warm milk for some time
2. In the meanwhile take 2 tomatoes and 1 onion and cut them into halves. Put this into the mixer grinder and grind till it becomes a paste.
3. In this paste add some olive oil, oregano, turmeric and salt in it.
4. Let it cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed. The paste will then be ready.
5. Add the paneer's chopped poieces to the paste.
6. Make the papads wet so that they can be wrapped.
7. Put the paneer fillings in it and then fry it.
8. Take it out and enjoy hot.
Have a nice meal starter.
