I will tell you in this blog about how to prepare the chaunka for dal:-
- Take a small bowl and put 1 tbsp oil in it
- Put 1.5 tsp jeera
- Put a pinch of asafoetida
- Put 1/2 stp of methi powder
- Put 2 cloves
- Put 1 onion(diced)
- Let it cook till the time the onions are light brown
- Then add 1 tomato(diced)
- Let it cook for a while
- The chaunka is ready
